MAXIMUM HEART RATE = MHR

MHR is an important tool of control and EVALUTION very useful, but use should not obscure one important parameter of training: the sensations of the athlete, what is also called the "internal load "and corresponds to the rider felt during the session (this one representing the external load) it is imporant to be well known and this requires a good analysis of his sensations to modulate the effort depending on the circumstances.  It is not possible to interpret the data without the theoretical references and personal.
