
The LAFAY method (created by Olivier Lafay, and launched in April
2004) is a method of fitness without equipment, consisting of 13 levels.
Before starting, you are asked to do a test (consisting of exercises
like push- ups, dips, pull-ups) to assess your fitness level. Depending
